If you had to rate your contribution to the organisation’s agility on the dimensions of transparency, collaboration and empowerment, how would you respond?

After working hard on my leadership style, I can confidently say that I have mastered all three dimensions of agility. Other leaders within the organisation come to me to learn how to be more agile.
I can proudly say that I would rate myself high on creating a space of transparency, collaboration and empowerment. However, it does still take awareness for me to be consistently agile.
I would honestly say that my leadership style is contributing negatively to these three dimensions. My traditional style of leadership makes it hard for the team members to be transparent, collaborative and empowered.
I would rate myself average in terms of creating an agile organisation. Some dimensions come easier than others. It will take more work on my leadership style before I would call myself an agile leader.
The agility of my leadership style needs work. If I look at how I lead my team, transparency, collaboration and empowerment could use a boost.
